How do we do this?

FinLegal’s claims automation solution qualifies prospects via our smartphone friendly website using a clever combination of questions, third party data and artificial intelligence. Claimants complete wholly online ID checks, after which they can digitally sign-up to your engagement letters, funding agreements and/or DBAs.

Once onboard, using bespoke forms that are tailored to their particular type of case, claimants are prompted to supply crucial information and documents in support of their claim.

Using their smartphone, they can scan and upload documents and use the platform to communicate easily with their legal team. Conversely, our claims automation solution ensures that your legal team has all the information they need to manage the claim. Claimants receive timely prompts and reminder messages to ensure the smooth running of the case.

The process of verifying a claim can be time consuming. FinLegal manages the qualification process by getting prospective claimants to complete a series of questions on their mobile phone.

Information capture and form filling

We’ve created forms that cleverly adapt the questions asked based on prior answers provided by the claimant.

FinLegal’s solution uses 3rd party API calls and other disparate data sources in order to validate the information provided by clients.

Clients can upload documents to the platform, provide tabulated data and any other forms of input (all of which are virus checked).

ID & AML checking

FinLegal’s claims automation solution utilises multiple methods of identity checking to ensure that you fulfil your professional compliance obligations.

ID checks are automated using electoral roll checks, photo identity documents, and address extraction from ID documents.

 

Digital signature

The use of digital signatures makes it easier to onboard a client and gain their agreement to contracts and important court documents.

It quickens and simplifies the entire process of obtaining client authorisations by eliminating the need for emailing, posting, faxing or scanning.

Settlement distribution

At the conclusion of a claim, FinLegal’s claims automation solution facilitates further ID checks (where applicable), allocates the settlement, and authorises the distribution of compensation money into their bank account… all at the touch of a button.

DSAR sending and response processing

When additional information is required from defendants FinLegal’s claims automation solution generates correspondence, including DSAR requests.

DSAR responses are automatically read and relevant information assigned to the client’s claim.
